Blocks That Matter : Minecraft x Tetris

Hello again! This time i'm gonna review a bit about the game called Blocks That Matter.

I stumble upon this game when i saw GhostRobo making walkthrough about this game. In case you're wondering, yes i'm watching GhostRobo works and really love it. He makes amazing walkthrough. Keep up the good work bro!

I really interested with this game, so i tried it.

The game begins with 2 indie game developers get kidnapped and their project, not a game, but a robot get left behind. The Tetrobot, as it called by them, is activated by them and they're using it to rescue them.

Look at it. Isn't the Tetrabot is cute?
The gameplay is, as described by many people, is a hybrid between Minecraft and Tetris. The developers are really smart IMO. You collect blocks like in Minecraft using headbutt and drill. At first, you can only collect woods, rocks, and sands to make Tetrominoes. Tetrominoes is the Tetris side in this game. You can make platforms and stuff using the blocks. The thing is, you only can make platform with 4 blocks, like tetris block.

The special screen for making Tetrominoes with some... strange physics
As the story goes, you can get some upgrades and some unlockables. I guess the unlockables are only for achievement and stuff. Blocks That Matters also have boss stages. It's really fun.
Into the TetroCave!
Overall, i enjoy it and i definitely gonna play it again. For a first look for me, i give it about 4/5. Look forward for a walkthrough for this game from me! See you guys later!
